The Hidden Records book content has had a difficult time since being released internationally and many insist it is because it has something in it deemed 'forbidden' for centuries. DAN BROWN even targeted some of it recently and seems to be about to go the next step in exposing similar portions of it. (see videos) Who would have thought the interference and resistance in releasing the star secret would still be rife today. Here is just one of its most recent and biggest cases unfolding right now...
USA marketing has for the time being, come to a complete halt...
Dec 2009 - The Hidden Records book distribution in the USA through
Booklink Kirkwood books
under the management of Sam and Eve Montgomery is currently under investigation for fraud.
More than 2 years have passed and to date just for starters the following status is unchanged:
No up to date sales reports for 2 years
No up to date stock reports for 2 years
Amazon delivery handicap status for buyers: 2 months
Book stores say it is now difficult to find The Hidden Records
No payment for sales for 2 years after hundreds of books have been sold
Wayne has been advised by his investors since thousands of books are in the hands of Sam Montgomery at Booklink Kirkwood books that he should first tell his story to the media and if normal trading status is not forthcoming then follow up with a legal investigation.
A few months ago Wayne was about to take his story to the media and Sam Montgomery said he would sort out the problems, paid $500 "in advance" then went back to his normal silent mode, no sales reports, no payments.
Sam Montgomery has many pallet loads of Waynes book The Hidden Records... literally tons of books in his hands yet he lists The Hidden Records as a book as "not available in reasonable quantities" - Click this link below then click "add to cart" to see 'fake' stock shortage warning that puts off buyers which has been here since over 2 tons of books arrived 2 years ago - Click here
Wayne has made many phone calls to Sam and Eve Montgomery literally begging for adjustments to an out of date synopsis on Amazon but it has been refused.
Wayne has asked on many occasions for reasons why there are no sales reports. The answer was "Leave the book selling to me and do not interfere or I will throw all your books in the street!".
Wayne has said he will remove this online inquiry story if he simply pays up to date, photographs remaining stock piles and rectifies delivery with Amazon.com. It has once again fallen on silent ears.
Investors in this book project believe there are interfering powerful people that have perhaps warned Sam not to let the book get its chance.
The American distribution saga even before Sam Montgomery at Booklink Kirkwood books took over distribution is so bizarre it sounds like some sort of conspiracy theory.
Wayne began US sales of his book through a small book distributor in 2003. He had a strong beginning but not long after suddenly the book distributor sold out their business without notice to Wayne. Three months passed with no sales then Wayne discovered information identifying they had sold out their company but that the next buyer was not ready to start the distribution operation for some time.
Another book distributor, quite a big name in the USA, took the book after a costly move of tons of books. It started with a problem, this being that it needed funds on a monthly basis to keep the wheels turning before royalties were possible. This took a whole year of costs having to be fulfilled until Wayne's investors were so angry they demanded this distributor be terminated. The moment the distributor was terminated suddenly the funds were forthcoming and sincere appologies from them. For this reason names will not be mentioned in this instance.
Then Sam Montgomery of Booklink Kirkwood books 'coincidently' called Wayne the moment the distribution was terminated saying he would even cover the costs in advance for the heafty tonnage of books to be moved to his warehouse. It turned out 'coincidently' he was the buyer of the first distributor that resulted in needing another distributor! The costs were to be covered by the first book sales. (At this stage just Amazon sales per month were averaging around 50 books a month). Sam Montgomery was interested in the book and agreed there would be no storage costs at all for the books. This was very decent and the reason Wayne's investors have had patience this long!
Sam Montgomery's latest reason for the delayed sales reports and payments are that
"the Wholesalers allegedly have not paid him in two years and the sales and stock figures are uncertain and still being compiled" .
This problem has been rectified (see update below).
If no effort has been made by Sam Montgomery at booklink/kirkwood books to settle the payment outstanding for two years (submitted with appropriate sales reports), this story will go to other conspiracy websites, with very high webrankings (not erraseable) and two radio shows next week and a TV show if nothing has been settled by the 20th Jan.
If payment of the outstanding two years of book sales is settled, and outstanding sales and stock reports are forthcoming, all 5 weblinks mentioning "Booklink Kirkwood books Sam montgomery Investigation" will be removed from the internet.
UPDATE 15th JAN - WHOLESALERS NOT AT FAULT
Sam Montgomery has just sent a threatening letter claiming inaccurate data and all sorts of excuses and admitted that the book wholesalers are not at fault at all. He said he is busy with it and I am waiting further advice from a legal advisor.
I have given 5 days for the amount outstanding to be paid and more importantly as expected by my investors secure real data on stock.
If the sales figures do not balance with the tons of books sent on pallets it will sadly need a legal inquiry to verify some missing sales data released from the wholesalers and Amazon and books stores that will need to be called to support some of the missing stock IF there is a stock issue.
Special thanks to the wholesalers for helping in this matter, as I said earlier I never believed there was any problem of payments their side.
UPDATE 23rd JAN - NOTIFICATION OF ACTION AND TERMINATION
Sam Montgomery has sent some up to date sales reports and stock reports and stock verification detail.
It comes as a great shock that the book has experienced restricted distribution tactics. It appears there were very few sales in the USA or Canada since Xmas due to false reports of shortage of stock. The book over Christmas had a 2 month delivery listing status with amazon thus putting customers of purchasing. It appears this delay time estimate was more serious and many books sales were cancelled.
The book was falsely listed as a rare book in short supply in the USA (although there were 3 tons of books in storage with the distributor) hence limiting the monthly sales of the book to a tiny fraction of what they should have been.
The deadline for Booklink to make the outstanding payment is 25th Jan.
Here is the copy of the letter sent to Sam and also sent to the top USA wholesalers and the publisher protection association:
